Return & Exchange Policy
At Ikaa, we value our customers not just during the purchase process but throughout their journey with us. To ensure a seamless experience, we have outlined our policies for cancellations, exchanges, and returns below.
Cancellations:
• All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds or returns for sold items. However, we do provide exchanges for size-related issues under the following conditions:
• Eligibility for Exchange: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Exchange Requests: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at ordres@shopikaa.in or +919326535962 to initiate the process. Please do not ship the product back without prior confirmation, as unverified returns will not be accepted.
• Shipping Costs: Customers will bear the shipping cost for exchanges. For all self-shipped exchanges, we recommend using a reliable courier service.
• Exchange Timeline: Once we receive the item and it passes the quality check, your replacement will be dispatched within 7–8 business days.
• If the replacement size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equal to the item’s value. This credit can be used on our website within 3 months and will be shared with you via email as a coupon code.
Custom and Discounted Products:
Customised and discounted items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Alterations:
• Alterations must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, free of damage, stains, and fragrances.
• Alterations can only be made once per item
Conditions for Faulty or Damaged Products:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from your order: Report the issue to us at orders@shopikaa.in within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product and its packaging.
We will assess the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund. The item must be unused and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging.
Additional Information:
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations after use will not be eligible for exchanges or claims.
• In cases where refunds are applicable, the process may take 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
