Order Processing

Shipping Timeline
•⁠  ⁠Standard shipping within India typically takes 5–7 business days.
•⁠  ⁠Timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
•⁠  ⁠COD is available at an additional charge of ₹100.

Advance Payment Policy
•⁠  ⁠For orders above ₹5,000, a ₹999 advance payment is required, as each Ikaa piece is made to order.
•⁠  ⁠Our team will reach out to coordinate the advance payment.
•⁠  ⁠In case the advance payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Advance payment is non refundable, except in cases where the order is cancelled by Ikaa or we are unable to deliver the order to you.
