At Ikaa, each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our collections, all sales are final.

We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.

Any amount paid towards an order (partial or full) is non-refundable, except in cases where:
    •    the order is cancelled by Ikaa, or
    •    we are unable to deliver the order to you.

No refunds will be issued once the order has been delivered.

We kindly request you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. For any questions regarding sizing, fit, or product details, our client care team is available to assist you prior to placing your order.
