All items are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed. Ikaa reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or update any product, pricing, or content at any time without prior notice.

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and photography.

3. Orders & Payment
    •    All orders must be fully paid at the time of purchase.
    •    Prices are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
    •    Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
    •    Ikaa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, or courier delays.

Ikaa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or circumstances beyond our control.

In the event that Ikaa is unable to complete delivery of an order, appropriate action will be taken at our discretion.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, all sales are final.
    •    We do not offer returns or refunds once a product is sold.
    •    Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
    •    Exchanges are only permitted for size-related issues or in the case of a defective or incorrect item, subject to approval as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
    •    Exchanges are only applicable for the same product in a different size.

6. Intellectual Property

In all cases, Ikaa’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
