Sale Policy
The following terms apply to all orders placed during any sale, promotion, or markdown event on our website. By placing an order during the sale period, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms:
• All sale orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available during the sale period.
• All sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, refund, or store credit.
• Orders placed during the sale cannot be cancelled, modified, combined, or adjusted once confirmed.
• Due to increased order volumes during sale periods, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered.
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances shall not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, compensation, or store credit.
• Products purchased during a sale remain covered only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item being delivered. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs, the original packaging, and a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. • Size-related concerns, fit preferences, change of mind, or personal style preferences do not qualify as manufacturing defects and are not grounds for exchange, return, refund, or store credit.
• Minor variations in colour, print placement, embroidery placement, measurements within standard manufacturing tolerances, and screen-to-screen colour differences shall not be considered defects.
• Ikaa reserves the right to cancel and refund any order in the event of pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
